Do people drive about to see if they get closer to a particular person or couple?
We'll notice a person or couple (assuming it's a couple) suddenly be within a mile of us. Where we live, there's no shops or pubs, well, just one hotel who's bar always seems empty.
So it's the only conclusion that we can think of. |

It's the reason why "who's near" is deliberately vague, people who don't want to be found can stay unfound, if you want to find them, message them and ask if they would like to meet, otherwise it stalking. |

"is it a local pub, for local people "
No, it's a small hotel. The bar is the size of a livingroom. They sell bottled beers, doesn't warrant having beer on draft.
But you seem to be missing the point. |

We had that problem. We use Firefox on the phone and in the settings, location settings were set to on. But it never worked.
So we switched on mobile data and GPS, as well as being connected to WiFi and it works. |
