Yes they do, though they will need you to lie there whilst they clean the area, line it up so its not wonky, clamp the nipple then put the needle in, then the jewellery then clean.
Do you like extreme pain as it could be that you lose your erection from it |

I can't imagine a responsible piercer would run the risk of you moving ... what if you *couldn't* stay still despite your best intentions? It could go horribly wrong. And it's not a case of just shoving the needle through when a third party tells them to, as a previous poster has said, the piercing is very carefully lined up and only done when the piercer is 100% happy with that - so I think it'd be near impossible to get the timings right.
I'd go for the clamps idea to get a similar effect. |
