Travelling with work

I posted a couple of months ago about a hangover cure and have since tries a few of the suggestions!

Still no success, what's your favourite hangover cure?

Milk thistle capsules! Tried and tested on many occasions. Take two before you head out, two whilst out (if possible) and the most important (and hardest to remember) are two before bed. Then the obvious - as much water before you go to sleep as possible to rehydrate.

What did you drink? Can try RU21 they work best when taken before you drink. I just take them after. They help your body metabolise the alcohol quicker
