It's important if they've stated a keyword know their profile for you to write. Helps with filtering.
Plus also helps you stand out a bit. Otherwise and inbox would be filled with "Hi" from every other sender  |

Hi Mine are and them profiles that say put this and that in a header....dont get a message  |

I just put 'Hi' in all of them... sometimes I get a reply, sometimes I don't.  |

Pick something random. Or a few words from their profile.
Lots of 'hi' messages just get confusing as the mail system is difficult to use on this site with no real way of segregating into folders.  |
