Impossible! Was 20 in 84, hoovering up music like a manic dyson,saw so many acts,from Bo Diddley to Dead or Alive,from Hugh Masekela to china crisis that everytime I pin down a fave another pops into my head! Bugger! |

Dexys
The Jam
Prefab Sprout
The Housemartins
Beautiful South
Secret Affair
ABC
The Clash
The Redskins
With the possible exception of Come On Eileen (overplayed) and Driving In My Car (just crap) anything by any of the above would fall into my personal best of the 80s playlist. |

I remember it well and a pub I was in at xmas at the time.
I had my blonde mullet hairdo a fishermen's knit sweater on a pair of pinstripe baggy jeans with elasticated bottoms a rope belt and a pair of black Karate shoes on with white socks.
