Insomnia, urgh!
Morning all, I've tried minfulness techniques, avoiding caffeine before bed, roller skating for a couple of hours to exercise, taekwondo to wear me out, ... But rolling over with a stuffy that won't bend if sooo painful, wakes me up and then ... Like a moth to a flame I look to here ... Thankful such places exist.

Might have been actually. It's fine, Christos is gonna break out the ice cubes and air horn if I sleep past noon. I'm not hopeful that it will work.
When I was 15, I lived opposite Bisley Shooting Range and they had cannon fire or something early one morning and I slept through most of it. Couldn't hear myself think once I'd woken up! I wasn't medicated then... I am now... everybody wish Christos luck in his morning battle  |
