It's definitely been one of those days........got to work this morning and all the alarms were going off thanks to Doris.........then started to book an order in at 9am.........still booking it in at 6pm and only a small order.......customer from hell who's complaining I've sold him something that doesn't work that he has admitted does work but he now doesn't want but wants all his money back and has threatened the company with legal action.......and then to top it off the complete and utter twonk (putting it mildly) member off staff that decided to press the panic button this morning (causing a police call out) who never reset it and buggered off home smack on time but causing the main alarms not to set making me an hour late leaving after sorting out the crap he'd caused with the alarm company......who have I wronged and what do I have to do to make my life simple lol

It may be Doris free, however I still have to deal with the arse of a customer and idiot (who should now better as shop manager) member of staff who pressed the panic button instead of the door release button (it's magnetically locked in high winds to prevent accidents)......I wouldn't mind if they looked the same button but they are totally different and a meter apart!!! Lol |
