I work 6 days a week every week, and I get up at 6:30 today on my day off! guess what time I wake up! half fucking 6! why can some people sleep in til 12! I wish |

yh but its bullshit tho! every single day I wake up for work, I feel really tired and wish for 1 more hour sleep lol but on a sunday when I can do as I please im wide awake at 6:30 |

That's your internal body clock at work. I've managed to fine tune my body clock so that if I want to wake at a certain time I mentally tell myself what that time is before retiring and I'll wake up at that time give or take 10 minutes. |

Exactly the same here.
5.50 the alarm goes off on a work day.
Sat and Sun my eyes snap open at 5.50.
My wife sleeps as long as she wants, whenever she wants. I get really jealous. |

Ok do you jump out of bed straight away?. If i wake early i tend to put my ear phones on nd listen to music. I stay relaxed nd normally drift back off. xx |
