You play a game of texsours holdom to win cash ....BUT.... you don't pay to enter it. so if you loos you don't loos a thing.
Is it gambling if Thar is no risk of loosing sumthing ?

Exactly what it will be, you get knocked out of the tournament and are then offered a chance to continue with a buy back in, they try to get you hooked so they can milk you for cash.
Although the initial game is free and if you walk away after being knocked out there is technically no gamble .

It's gambling if there's potentially a loss of something to potentially gain something.
Say a friend gives you a stone to place as a bet to win some soil. The stone cost you nothing but had a value that you could lose - that would be gambling. I don't know the circumstances of ops 'free' betting but if these are infinitely available free bets, rather than a limited quantity, then it wouldn't seem like gambling.
My advice is not to undertake something like gambling, as it is very addictive. Organisations and others will often seek to lure punters in with 'free' or low risk options. |

Gambling is almost 100% psychological.
What is being won doesn't fundamentally matter, the Psychological relief is essentially the same.
I'm not a gambler, I've never gambled in my life, I like to make my own luck in this world. |

A lot of casinos have a free to enter tournament and you will have the option to buy back in if you are knocked out so it depends if you can stick to not buying in. Personally I don't see poker as gambling, more a game of skill and strategy although luck does play its part. Hope you win OP. |

Online websites give you free 'money' to play with in the hope that once it's gone.. you deposit your own cash.
You may not have paid to enter this time.. but will you get the taste for it and pay to enter next time? |
