A guy I met once at a hotel repeatedly asked to come to my house, daily, he'd drop it into the conversation about wanting to come to my place. Scary guy! |

Met a guy last year for NSA. I was about 7 months widowed at time. He fairly quickly confessed he wanted more than NSA and we became a couple. Both having kids and living a distance, we'd meet once a fortnight.
One morning early I'm reading the newspaper online, an article about people googling their new partners.
So I did .....
Within 4 hours I'd unscrambled enough to know he'd given a false address, name and worse he was married. All found courtesy of companies house and facebook.
Totally knocked me off my feet for a while. |

One young guy found me on Facebook and threatened to tell all to my husband - it wouldn't have happened as all he had was my name and profile pic (everything else is set to private) plus a few naughty photos.
It took me 5 mins to find him, his whole family, where he worked and his boss's name. I called his bluff and said I would do exactly the same and tell them and the police he was blackmailing me. I think he needed a change of underwear because he swiftly backtracked and apologised, trying to pass it off as a joke. Still blocked and reported him. |

Last time I was here I had a social meet. We got on great and had arranged to meet in 2 weeks time. About 2 days later I was leaving for work and was full sure that the car that pulled off from across the road was the guy I had met 2 days earlier.
I thought to myself I'm going mad but over the next few days it kept happening and he eventually approached me in the car park where I worked. Freaked me out. I told him to fuck off. Deleted my account here and reported him to the guards. He still showed up around where I live and work for a long time after. There really are some weird people out there. |

I had someone local spot me going into my daughter's flat and knock on the door. I was the only one home so I didn't have any explaining to do.
I won't talk to anyone local now, in case it happens again and my son is in. He wouldn't be happy about a strange man trying to get in the door. |

the last time i stayed fully clothed through out it ended up with me receiving a couple of aerate messages on the drive home that i was unable to respond to because i was driving at the time .

A few years ago I had been filmed playing in the chatrooms and the person had then uploaded it to a porn site, where a personal friends of mine saw it and luckily let me know. Wouldn't have been bothered but it showed my face. Downside was it took over 24 hours to get it removed as majority of porn sites are based abroad and UK police have no authority in getting things removed. Meet a couple on local social club meet we had been chatting on fab for a while. After social we txt them and said we wernt wanting to play hounded our profile then said if we met them again i wouldent be able to refuse a play meet blocked stright away |

Oh yes!! This happened to me in a club also. I couldn't speak at all and was violently ill just off one glass of wine. |

This all happened within minutes of us leaving our drink unattended for a bit. It's horrible how quickly these things act. Just got to stay vigilant. |

I met a bloke widowed for 7 months, for a social(not off Fab) he held my hand for 3 hrs in the shopping centre, in full view of security guard who knows me, giggled like a school boy, got all excited....
And then......
I never heard from him again! Lol

Some brilliant...funny and scary .....stories on here.
I've had the odd stalker on here (younger women seem to be Worse?) but nothing else really.
I have actually met some (older) children of some people I've met on here. They just see me as a "family friend"..... but only those I've met many time / become actual friends of.
Certainly wouldn't expect someone to bring them to a '"meet"! |

Chatted a while back and forth, local, cute, seemed absolutely as normal as possible.
Was arranging a social in a pub near us both, asked me to bring a pot of my wee and if possible a blood sample. Had to ask why and she said she likes to taste what people are like. Blocked and considered moving house/burning down entire town.

Had a guy I used to meet a few years ago. I invited him to come to a club, he said if I went we weren't shagging anymore. I went as we weren't in any kind of relationship, he went nuts sending abusive texts and emails. Threatened to out me to my family and friends. I blocked him every way he could contact and he finally left me alone.
Yet on the forums he came across as Mr Nice Guy. |
