sorry to put a downer on this op but the first thing that came to mind wasn't a thing it was people no longer here. |

Apart from people.
I miss freedom. We are too connected these days. Contactable 24/7. Remember when you were a kid going out to play with a set time to return. No one ringing to bother you. I know it's safer now, but it's nice to escape from technology too. |

Yes we do miss our loved ones i miss policemen being on crossings to see us across the road to school,and i miss tall policemen to.They use to be on the beat in their tall helmets and capes,or drive a moris 1000 |

Big family Christmases from when I was a kid, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, usually around 25-30 people all chatting, eating in two sittings (adults/kids - was so cool to move up and be an adult, if only I knew ). Now they are either gone or on the four corners of the planet.
Also being a biker of 40+ years I miss driving standards, they bloody suck today & that includes some other bikers.
