I used tp work in a restaurant and a few of tge girls wore them and yes occasionally flashes did occur mostly accidental. One of the girls I'm not sure if she meant to do it but i got an eyeful quite often

Michelle wears them for our trips to Angels and Sinners. On the way home we always call in to the Chester Costco. So picture it. No knickers, short black dress, stockings and her black Dc Martens shoes. Oh yea, and her dress stained and stinking of spunk. It's usually like a scene from the end of Benny Hill with a Posse of guys following her around as I hang back lol.
