Guys we're in trouble!
In my experience most people just want you to be honest, be yourself and be a little empathetic (look it up). Bonuses for ability to string a sentence together and confident enough to turn up and be nothing more than that in the flesh.
Anything else positive like being funny, having a sense of humour, creative, kinky, bisexual, a shoulder to cry/lean on, friendly, hung, stamina, looks.. etc.
Tends to be a pleasant surprise.
