The big misconception is that people think that situps will get rid of their big belly,it wont only cv work ie: running,swimming will burn fat,it will work the muscles in your stomache thats all....ok carry on

I hate CV and won't do it. I managed to get abs though and I was a few dress sizes bigger when I began my fitness journey.

I'm not doing it to get rid of my fat belly. My muscles have become very slack (or whatever you call it), I need to tone them up. I walk, for my legs.

I roll out of bed, and walk all the way around the bed to leave the room. I don't know why I don't just get out the other side of the bed.

I feel your pain. I've been trying to do some exercise because my Christmas excess refuses to leave but even the stretches make me want to cry.

This work-out shit is horrible. There should be support groups.

I'm feeling a little strange, emotionally, after my little 15 minutes workout. When I think of what I used to be able to do I want to cry too

In that case hold a weight in your hands & come up slowly, it will work trust me
