Yep it's lovely - if you like ice cream type cocktails - a Brazilian Monk and a Mudslide are pretty tremendous too |

3 parts Bacardi Carta Blanco
1 part lime juice
2 tsp sugar
Cubed ice"
A caipirinha ensures you get your rum with coddled lime and not a frozen fruit slush puppy... |

I'd recommend a Mai Tai, bitter orange liqueur, lime and dark rum
or a French 75, a great gin and champagne mix..
