It looks like someone has opened up this line and dusted it off.

Nice to see some more fellow pagans/witches/warlocks.

How do you do?

Its Wee me....

Thought I would introduce myself and also what I want to do here...

My Name is Nessarosa (husband is Lee), I am a Scottish Witch of historic bloodline (witches in the family), I learned a lot of my "Traditional" / Old School" Witchcraft from My Grandmother.

I am Not a White or Black witch...I am a Witch.

I am Not a Wiccan or Satanist....I am a Witch.

I work in a Coven and also on my own.

I do a lot of things in nature, historic sites and haunted areas.

I have some abilities and some I am working on....but I think that goes with every Witch.

I am always learning. (did I say... I have a crazy Husband with a camera...Hee Hee ) Lee follows a more Shamanic Path due to his Native American Heritage (Blackfoot Nation).

If you know other witches please let them know of others.

So what you could have said is "the only experience I have of dreads is friends that don't wash them" not insult everybody with dreads that do.

Shampoo and hot water usually, like I did when I didn't have them. Some don't use detergent (that's a modern thing based on our abhorrence of normal human aroma and how we are supposed to sanitise ourselves) and there's plenty of evidence to show that devoid of detergent, hair is self cleaning.

Some use ACV rinses, scented oils and other means.

Not for me and I doubt for most dread heads. Detergent strips the scalp of oils so it has to compensate by producing more and we keep washing it away again, that causes a dry scalp.

We've also been told by shampoo manufacturers that a flaky scalp is not normal. Most shampoos contain silicone to coat hair strands to create that shiny, heavy hair that women are supposed to aspire to.

Still not willing to actually read anything and take on board how you insulted everyone with dreads?

I'm on the festival scene all summer, I know lots of dread heads and I have to say, I've never got close enough to any of them to actually sniff their heads.

Take ownership of your words, reflect on them, read about dread care and history, learn.

Its just like the people who wont meet Asians because they have had experiences with them. So that make them rude and arrogant does it? I'm just saying what i experienced and you said I'm wrong. So I am wrong as I'm not clued up on how dreads work so I'm just talking form my own personal experience nothing arrogant about it. Its obviously just hit nerve for you which is why you have made it personal. Water.off a ducks back to me I'll be whatever you perceive me to be be it an arrogant so and so

Still not willing to read your own words then and twisting mine as well!

Add to that your massive assumption of what I think about you and then a final flourish of boo hoo.
