Had blood tests V low in b12, can I ever back from this

It depends, some people need regularly b12 shots all their life and others dont.. talk to your doctor and they will advise you of whats next

I have B12 injections every three months and I feel fine all the time. Before I started having them my arms were continuously burning and itching.

I'm on allopurinol for my gout, there is unsubstantiated results that it may have an effect for ed.
