I know my taste in music is way too heavy and underground on the forum... Into sub-genre of death metal \m/

Stuff from the 90's mostly. Nearly all of the music I listened to was from MTV during that period

Good times

Anything; rock, jazz, soul, classical etc.. Just as long it sounds good, we're not bothered what type it is.

I enjoy a widevariety of music. I sometimes play music to reflect my mood, or I will play happy music to cheer myself up if I'm ever feeling fed up. Also can't beat good pop tunes on when in the kitchen and me and my kids can have a good sing and dance.

Well, as I nearly always have music on to detract from my boring work, it has quite a lot of bearing on my day to day life.

Am usually happy to listen to most stuff typically found on Kerrang or Scuzz but the three bands I always seem to end up listening to most are Muse, Biffy Clyro and Green Day. Also like White Stripes, Placebo, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Foo Fighters, MCR, Twenty One Pilots, Royal Blood, off the top of my head.

Hip Hop (not the shite eminem/50 pence pop music stuff) and a little dance hall, bit of reggae but not your Bob marley stuff. As much as he did I just don't like his music.

Otherwise whatever really, whatever hits my ear and sounds good, why lock yourself to one genre?

And yes..I like music enough that it led me to working in the events industry, I spend about a quarter of my year at various gigs and festivals now

I generally favour pop punk (nothing too political) and ska (nothing too sensible). VB is more grunge.

We're both into metal although, being completely honest, we haven't really listened to anything released since the late 90s.

There's not many genres I haven't given a go to, and currently really liking more dance/electro music than I ever have.

I love 6 music, it's the radio station with the broadest playlist ever, I'd recommend anyone gives it a go

In a world where we are subjected to almost constant noise, I'm increasingly drawn to silence.

Heavy Rock from 70's and 80's is my favourite genre. In contrast I like a number of female vocalists. Sia and Jess Glynne are two that spring to mind.

There and to the left a bit

At it's core my musical tastes are rooted in Two Tone/Mod/New Wave/Punk from the late 70s/early 80s but that has expanded over the years (thanks in part to someone not a million miles away from this thread!!) to encompass all sorts of other genres/bands including the rock, dance even some hip hop and bands like Muse, Biffy, The Killers and much more.
