As I sign my new tenancy agreement. Sounds daft I know but a year ago I got notice to quit my previous house. So six months ago we upped sticks from sunny Southampton (yes dripping in sarcasm fabbers) down to the lovely south west. But it's been playing on my mind that I would have to move again (I knew it wasn't likely as I'm a good tenant) but it's funny how one experience can worry you so much. So anyway, I wanted to share |

Yay love news like that! I move on friday mainly because my mum is sick but my landlord is a nightmare, wont spend any money on the house at all, took months to get a leaky roof fixed and only did it after i threatened to call an emergency roofer out as it was nearly over my bed!
Luckily i can stay at my parents whilst i find a decent place this time |

my landlord was lucky never called them out for anything
he got paid I got left alone, I also could do within reason what I wanted to do to the place
just easier to repair it myself than call them in
