"80s tunes always give me a funny feeling and often an unpleasant feeling at that. Xxx"
Not a good time for you? Luckily I only have happy memories of the 80s (or at least they have outweighed the crappy bits). |

Not a good time for you? Luckily I only have happy memories of the 80s (or at least they have outweighed the crappy bits)." It's a wierd feeling almost akin to homesickness. Xxx |

Ok ok i know this is 1979 but it was released in december and was still going strong in 1980

Billy nelsons red noise-revolt into style

The Mike Oldfield, Talking Heads and Y&T songs all get played on Planet Rock quite a bit. You won't find a better radio station.
Think my favourite lost band of the 80s is probably Asia.
"Go", "Voice of America" and "Hard on Me". |

This just popped into my head, so had to revisit the thread!
Two Nice Girls - Sweet Jane (with affection)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iIwl5VrqEfw
It doesn't get much more obscure, or any better. |

....obscure 80's music fact.
The first 10k pressings of the 12' of 'blue monday' by new order were labelled incorrectly so you got 'the beach' on the a side and 'blue monday' on the b side.this didnt however affect the songs position in the charts at the time. |

"Blancmange - Living On The Ceiling
www.youtube.com/watch?v=im3saZsxvqY"
Reminds me of The Horse and Jockey in Mansfield...sticky carpet and plastic pint pots. |
