I'd get rid of the cock pic Trucker Man as it puts the ladies off. We've all got one! Reword your profile and put them as positives, it all reads as negatives and somewhat 'needy'.

Vary your pictures, add a bit of arse, torso and whatever else you want to show. If you want to show your cock do so, just try make the shot better than you already have, not very flattering to yourself in my option.
But most of take notice of the good advice you'll no doubt receive and act on it if you really want to make a go of it.
