So, I've started starting sentences with bloody so, it's like before you know it I'll be using like instead of punctuation.

So, I'm like so not sick.

"So" is alright as long as you don't do it often.

"Like" is a crime where no punishment can be too bad.

Have you considered wearing a ball gag everywhere you go?

You'll be fine if you take it easy on the likes and the ya'knows.

Now, if you begin starting each sentence with now... then you're in trouble.

So when you speak, like do you make all your sentences sound like a question? Even when they aren't?

im ok - tired and two things to do today - social coffee in an hour or so -(hurry myself up and get my hair out of this towel) and a lateish lunch with a nurse and fellow care assistant at 3 ish - not going to look my best sporting the panda eyes look
