Read an article today where unscrupulous guys are providing bed and board in their houses and flats, for women, in exchange for " adult time" together.. |

I read it in a woman's magazine. It's as scary as hell. Unscrupulous landlords praying on vulnerable women. The under cover reporter met some if them and it was shocking. Mainly in London but making its way to a big city near you soon! |

I read it in a woman's magazine. It's as scary as hell. Unscrupulous landlords praying on vulnerable women. The under cover reporter met some if them and it was shocking. Mainly in London but making its way to a big city near you soon!"

It depends on the dynamic. There are plenty of women on fab who say openly that they would exchange sex for a tradesmans service or a taxi ride so I assume they'd be happy to exchange sex for a room. A problem would arise for me when a guy was taking advantage of a woman who had little other choice than to accept the exchange and entered into it unwillingly. |

This article was about women who would be homeless and men were praying on them. It wasn't about sexy fun . There was even doubt cos consent could not be given freely due to their situation, that had been proved in court. Due to the housing crisis it looks like it will just get worse. Very sad for the ladies involved. |

It may do. It comes under the concept of freedom or financial independence. R v Kirk where a homeless teenager agreed to sex with a man in exchange for £3.25 to buy food. The court found that the homeless victim merely 'submitted' rather than 'consented'because he had no choice in the matter it was sex or hunger. The women targeted in these situations could perhaps be in a similar desparate situation. Be interesting to see if it gets to this, tho I imagine many lives will be ruined before it gets to this stage. |
