I applied for a roadsweeper driver job.. One thing i?m not happy about is that if i damage anything and its deemed my fault, i have to pay the first £1000. Is that a normal clause in driving? |

Can't help with your query - I have a question for HGV drivers myself
If I need to deliver a large constainer to Germany, how long would it take to deliver it - bearing it mind it takes at least 15-16 hours to drive - but allowing for breaks, sleep etc.
Should I assume 24-36hrs ? |

Yes. Based on 9 hours driving time but wouldn't take it close to the time limit.. Plus not sure if your classed as on daily rest on an overnight ferry. |

So roughly speaking, including rest periods say on the ferry, how long would it take |

nope firms trying it on,as many do,that's what their insurance is for,it's part of being in business,if your an employee why subsidise their business
