I was just driving home from work and was thinking to myself how much I love London, it's just an incredible city. I would go as far as saying it is my favourite out of all the cities I have been.
Question is, what is yours? |

I do love London and I love it a little bit more each time I go however San Francisco was love at first sight for me.
Bristol is my home city but it's far from being my favourite.

Been loads of times and enjoy it more each time I go.
I could spend years uncovering NYC but I couldn't live there. It's too mental"
Yeh me too, I am in New York for business a lot and it is just a hassle. Maybe it would be different to live there! |

Your right Hong Kong has everything, it is up there in my top 3 actually! It's amazing how they squeeze greenery into every place they can and the bar scene is incredible! |

Amsterdam is fun.
Once got caught in between two gangs having a turf war - but if you can get outside of the red light district it's beautiful, loads of culture and a good nightlife |

It's pleasantly rare for an American city in that it's architecture is distinct. The pace of life is juuuuust right for me and I have friends there and many happy memories.

Yeah, Vegas is much nicer - or maybe I'm just white enough to enjoy it properly - but I've been there a dozen times and I've never liked it.
First time there was in 2004 and I was homeless, penniless and friendless.
Lovely place - everyone smiles at you - so long as you've got money.

True - but LA shocked me more... 4, 5 blocks from City Hall and there's hundreds of homeless people.

I have visited quite a few cities around the world, London definitely is my favourite..
Not because I was born here or worked here, but because I love being a tourist in my backyard..
Every time i visit, there is always something new or somewhere I've never been.
Any spare time I get, I will head in and find a bar, somewhere new to eat and annoy people taking their photos or just sitting people watching .. |

I'm not really into being in a city to be honest.
It's all to much chaos for me and
I'm unfortunately just not rich enough to enjoy most of them in the way I'd like
I'd say out of everywhere that I've been that Bristol has to be one of my faves.
But I'd much rather be in a sleepy village somewhere with a beach x |

In most cases you visit these places and only go to the nice parts, Every city has good points as well as bad, Spending most of your life in the city of your birth it can seem to be boring and bland,
Its easy to misjudge how good your own city is,
If I won lottery type of money I would travel the world spending months at a time in different cities but I would always return back to my birth city |

Tokyo is a fantastic city.
Capetown is the most beautiful city. Fantastic food colourful people and a coastline that's hard to beat.
San Francisco is also a favourite.
Different to other US cities.
So many wonderful cities and countries around the world
If I had to pick one Capetown would be top.

Another vote for Tokyo here.
Each ward had it's own distinct style and were mere moments apart via the subway. Going from Akihabara to Ueno feels like you've left one world and stepped out into another. It simply felt magical.
San Francisco would be a close second and third would be a toss-up between Vancouver, Canada and Florence, Italy. |

Hong Kong's skyline is truly stunning. On the way up the peak on the tram, the view on a sunny day is amazing.
I do love New York though. Regardless of how many times I've been, it still makes me feel like running through the city screaming. I could be out walking there all day, get into the hotel for a rest and I'm really eager to get out again. I always have tears in my eyes when I have that last glimpse of the Empire State whilst I'm in the cab on the way to JFK |
