Hi ppls I train everyday quiet hard gym, run ,cycle,core training etc and wish to loose a tad more weight ,but I'm finding it hard to train without the food fuel, so basically what do you recommend is going give me the food substitute energy I need but won't effect my diet ,thank you |

A marathon runner friend used to always have peanut butter and oatcakes as a snack. I've tried it and It actually seems to work: slow burn energy and a bit of protein to give a boost and stops you feeling hungry. |

I use the scitec shakes...you just add water
They taste lovely without using any milk add pineapple to your diet just before a session as well as it gives you a super boost

I used to use my own made peanut butter flapjacks for long distance rides (50-100miles) every ingredient was my choice...oats, dried fruit, and crushed nuts. Bound with honey instead of refined sugar. Little drizzle of melted dark chocolate over the top of it.
They're little squares of power and energy. |

Green veg but not peas. And proper protein foods... not shakes |

its 100% whey protein so less than 1 % lactose in it
