How do you get the cams to work on mobile phones and tablets?

Can see the cams on both but cannot broadcast on them . Followed the instructions but still can't do it . Dose anyone know how to sort this out ?

Look in the app store for a flash enabled browser. Thays how i got it working bit it wasn't a great experience to be honest.
