Best thing I have seen of late is a PowerWave workout. Twenty minutes of all over strength, endurance and cardio combined.

It depends what you are doing, I saw improvements after a month. But I hammered the roads cycling, not only saw the weight loss, I also knocked 3 minutes off my 10 mile time trial. Before anyone asks it was 30 minster unfit, to 27 minster slightly fitter. |

"So what was the verdict for bulking and shredding? " It was mostly talk about calories and what food to eat, surplus to get bigger and eat under maintenance to lose it, the guy ate 4000kcal and the woman ate 1000kcal, then they did some body fat measuring in a machine.

Bulking- eat what you like. Get the calories down you and look like shit.
Shredding. Sends you fucking crazy while eating a calorie controlled diet. Look great but feel like shit.
There is a difference between being cut, being ripped and being shredded. No one can sustain being shredded for too long normally around four percent body fat.
