Have been in bed since 10 but can't get comfy and am all wriggly.
How do people get off to sleep or cure restlessness? It's driving me bonkers tonight |

It's driving me bonkers tonight" Type in youtube they have thousands I'm listening to a ship in stormy weather if I close my eyes I will be asleel in 10 mins max, rain on a car and thunder are good ones or crackling fire with rain, wind and fire. Makes you feel all warm |

Yes, thought about having a wank, but just feeling it.
I like the audio idea.
Am worried if I get up and do something I'll then be wide wide awake and won't go to sleep at all tonight |

Avoid caffeine and don't eat for a few hours before bedtime.
Stay off your phone, pc or television while you're in bed.
Do some deep breathing exercises.
Do some muscle relaxing exercises: Start at your feet, clenching and releasing each muscle as you breathe deep,; work your way up your body. |
