Anybody got any advice re sore nipples & how to help the soreness go quicker? Creams etc?

Actually, nipples need to be kept moist to heal. Lansinoh is the best or coconut oil if you have some.

*Her* (breastfeeder for 2.5 years so knows about these things!)

Mr WD's nipples are sore because he loves them being sucked, nibbled hard and pulled, so when we get down n dirty i give him what he loves... However i have to avoid them for a fair few days while he recovers... He just doesn't recover quick enough lol
