Is all over the place, I'm sure working nights, is not good for your health.

It generally isn't great for health. Keep away from blue light at night once not working, which most tech emits from screens - including TV and mobiles. Hope you get better sleep soon

You're right, it isn't. Just off to bed now after finishing mine. Will struggle to get above 4 hrs solid sleep.

I work a three shift pattern and struggle with sleep even at weekends .. hence the reason I'm awake now on a Sunday morning ... I'd recommend a day job to anyone over shifts

I did nights for years. Didn't realise how much they impacted on my health until I stopped.

Blue lights. also some lighting try to emulate sunlight nowadays too. Another thing to mess your brain and internal clock up.
