I work a three shift pattern and struggle with sleep even at weekends .. hence the reason I'm awake now on a Sunday morning ... I'd recommend a day job to anyone over shifts |

Blue lights. also some lighting try to emulate sunlight nowadays too. Another thing to mess your brain and internal clock up. |
