Good morning Mr.OP, Good morning everybody. *just like in school assembly when I was a kiddie.* 
I have some serious delayed onset muscle soreness and I am on a course all day that includes 3 hours of Endurance strength circuits in the gym. I can't wait.

I managed to sleep in! The monsters didn't disturb my slumber until 9 in the morning! This is virtually unheard of!!
