A month tomorrow I've been off the fags. I'm still using my pipe but have gone down to 3mg nicotine. When this liquid is gone I'll buy nicotine free liquid and then will come off the pipe completely. Baby steps but proud I've resisted the urge to smoke a real fag. |

I gave up, cold turkey and it lasted 8 years. I was stupid enough to start up again and now struggling to quit  |

I know, I need to change it to pipe and slippers but I have a pay as you go phone and even when I have over 10 quid credit it doesn't let me text the code and pay the £5 to upgrade the account
