By her own admission some years back in interview she did say that she is not as sexy as portrayed in the public eye and is quite conventional.
Trouble is with her way of life is she is probably just too busy to hold down a long term relationship and he has probably got bored and strayed becaus he hardly gets any attention from her sex wise, so not really a surprise.
