Beans go with sausage, egg goes on toast and should not have any juices of any kind perverting it - it should also be runny yoked but perfectly booked whites, tomatoes go with bacon and black pudding and should always be plum with plenty of juice. Hash browns when there are perfect barrier foods. Sausages also make good juice barriers. Mushrooms should be separate as they are the best thing on the plate, but being mushrooms they just work with everything. Trust me, I'm fat for a reason. |

Bacon should be well done and crispy, not the anemic crap my canteen used serve
Fried bread should be slightly crispy but soft in centre
