If it's happening a lot look for a common factor.
when we book hotels we pay a bit extra so we can cancel last minute. Then if we don't hear or speak to whoever we're meeting the day before we will presume their arse has gone and we'll cancel the room. |

If we book a hotel we usually coincide it with a club meet. Then if people let us down we can still go and enjoy a club night with genuine people that are there for the same reason as us.
Saves you wasting your time and money. |

We do not speak to anyone who isn't at least photo verified. It takes less then a minute to do so I really don't understand those who aren't. We certainly wouldn't pay for a hotel again. Just keep a guard up. Try clubs and get your verifications up. Even if they aren't play verifications and just people you've met and spoken to, and look for those who have verifications again, they don't all have to be play ones xx good luck. Mrs xx |

YES 
We would always have a social first not just go straight for a hotel meet.
Though to be honest we tend to do club meets mostly. That way if they don't turn up or you don't fancy each other there's a good chance of finding someone else.

You are new.....you need to improve your "fakedar" and such folk out....there are many many genuine people on here.
Five + years on here (with this and previous profile) I must have met well into three figures on meets, socials, parties and clubs.
Just do a bit more checking etc before you actually waste money on hotels.... |

I wasn't answering the ops question I was just giving a reason why a social may not be best and by the way just because its not on a profile doesn't mean its not something someone may be into .in fact I've been told its best to not advertise your into role play unless you want your time wasted again and again . I'd say try a club, get talking to people in person who are on here, then check out the people they have met through verifications, and then the people they have met and so on. Once you've met a few people from a club even if no play has happened it'll all soon fall into place xx |

I drove to a meet and was on the (handsfree) phone all the way. Got to their house and they wouldn't answer the door, even though I could see them. Very strange people. doubly annoying when it was a good hours drive away..

Sorry to say but this site is going downhill fast given up on here. People chase us for meets and as soon as we agree nothing . We are happy to meet halfway and share cost of hotels but these days we won't book it been caught once too often |
