If youre happy with your natural bust then i wouldnt personally.
As youre on hormones are they likely to grow anymore? (Not sure how long youve been on them so i dont really know how it all works tbh)
If theyre not going to get any bigger and youre not happy with id say go for it |

yeah some of my pics need updating ive recently lost weight and dropped 5 dress sizes so on some they are bigger than they are now x |

I think they look good but you should do whatever you want to make you happy! If there's a chance they will get bigger then I wold wait and see how you feel later on.
