Most of us could have told you that anyway...

Though I'd put Hermes at the top of the worst list.... Dreadful service, lies, leave-it-anywhere... etc

I was expecting to see Hermes in the list, only had them deliver to us once and they put the box in a puddle, wasn't very impressed

Agree with others that Hermes is the worst. I visited one of their depot's once, unbelievable

Never had a problem with Yodel and I use them regular, I've always been happy with their service
