I've got one of those deep fill machines. I have a layer of ham, cheese, spoonful of beans, another layer of ham and sprinkle of cheese.

Caerphilly, spring onion and tabasco. Or'nduja sausage and a good quality sheep's milk cheese. Or mingingly strong cheddar and raw onion. Basically anything cheese related blended with something tangy.

Nah, for that you don't need a toastie. You need cheap white bread, loads of butter and just make a chicken and mushroom pot noodle sandwich. Preferably with the nobby ends of the bread to fit more pot noodle in before the sandwich loses its structural integrity due to over-moistness.
