Not to fridge

It's so hard you can't bite into it when it's been in the fridge

Not to fridge, has to be soft enough to bite into.

Yes cadbury's caramel in the fridge. Mars bars in the fridge. Dairy milk, either way.

Crunchie never in the fridge.

As you can see I'm quite open minded when it comes to chocolate and fridges.

Devizes

Deffinitely never in the fridge. The fats and sugars bloom when they get chilled. This makes it melt differently in the mouth and ruining its flavour.

When I was a kid, Mum used to chill Mars Bars and cut them into slices.

She'd get about 15 slices out of one which we had to share between the 3 of us.

So we got a treat, but not too much

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

You lot keep chocolate long enough to consider cooling it down?

Traffic land

Noooo not in the fridge!

With the exception of Cadbury's giant chocolate buttons and Cadbury's Turkish delight.

Everything else at room temperature

Thank you! Someone who knows chocolate.

It doesn't matter so much with cheap chocolate, which I do put in the fridge in the summer, but never refrigerate decent chocolate.

I was sent the most shocking information at work this week. The British Heart Foundation is asking people to give up chocolate for March. They're calling it DeChox.
