Of not having a fag!
Not been the easiest if days, but only a few cravings.
Up to 1mg Champix tablets now, 2 per day.... certainly helps!
Anyone got any other tips |

Keep with the champix. I used them 11yrs ago. Packed in 40 day and not had one since... dont set yourself a stop day on them though.you know when your stop day will be.. believe me.. good luck op... kaz |

My stop day was today... and not had one all day.
Champix tablets give you a stop day, if you really want to stop that is.
