Anyone any tips on how to quit when you only smoke when you drink or are on holiday ?
And when I go a club I usually always just stay in the smoking area as I can chat to people so avoiding he area isn't a possibility .
And not drinking is deffo not an option lol ! |

I stopped smoking by reading Alan Carrs Easyway book before I went out in the evening. There was a chapter on social smoking which I found really useful.  |

smoke the the most disgusting cigarettes-- you can find eg herbal everyone around you will complain
you will also hate the taste and hopefully quit  |
