I've had a supremely intensive day at work, but I'm hopeful I can help to make things better.
I've been very fortunate to have had some tlc from a couple of fab friends this evening (they know who they are)
So...to anyone who has also had a tough day...have a hug. Have a cup of tea/ glass of wine. Curl up on the sofa under a blanket with me. Have a back & shoulder rub. And breathe the stress away.

I thought i was going to have a really tough day, and it wasn't easy but ultimately very rewarding and actually reduced my stress considerably ... so all in all happy |

Physical more than stressful, up and down a ladder all day clearing the attic. Already finished the wine I'm afraid but a hug and back rub would be nice, and reciprocated of course.. |

Wouldn't say I've had a rough day but I had an afternoon meet cancel this morning (her kid is off school sick) so I'm a little... "frustrated" ha
Don't know whether to deal with it or not in case we reschedule for later this week |

Oh good Lisa...... well it all started from about 11, a customer of shall we say wealth decided that it would be a good idea taking me round the site telling me how I should be doing the job........... he's never done it before and after two hours of him going on telling and pointing at plans I decided that I really should keep calm and say nothing and do what he wants .....
Plus I have a damn cold ....... you fancy one Lisa?  xx |

My day was ok, however wife has had a shit one! She fell over walking the dogs, using her face to break the fall. and now looks like something from phantom of the opera! Grazed and bruised face headache and poorly shoulder. Time for some tlc. |
