Alginate for the impression backed with plaster of paris rolls to support the structure then resin cast or perhaps fine pop depends on how the final piece needs to be hung

One volunteer so far but a bit too much of a jaunt away. Anyone more local? No financial reward although I will give you wine or cuppa's while we work, buy you dinner and if all works well you get a copy for yourself to keep
