Seeing as there's no nocturnal thingy, I may as well start now so the insomniacs, nightshifters, lurkers can say morning and seeing as I've been awake since half eleven I may nod off at some point.

Went to bed really early with a migraine, but now it's shifted and I can't sleep, so I thought i'd be productive and get a bit more work done on this music video.
Got a few effect shots to finish off, finalise the edit and render before mastering it all to Blu-Ray & DVD. |

I am feeling a little better thank you.
I still have a cold but nothing like I had.
I had a training course all weekend which included being in the classrooms in the mornings and the afternoons were spent in the gym. Not the best when you feel like death.

I should set myself small goals but I always give myself big ones. I want my abs back in 8 weeks tops.
I am not a fan of cardio, especially in the cold. We have discussed getting bikes for this reason though. I may not mind doing it with Adam but I do complain alot throughout ha ha.
Wear gloves! Be safe!

Yup, I got them in less than that before but I needed goal to be a total SMART goal so I chose 8 weeks to be on the safe side.
Hmm I suppose so, I'm too unfit for agility training. I know I do rubbish at aerobic training, I'm definitely more suited to anaerobic and that's cool with me.
You sound like you look super cool in your cycling outfit ha ha ha.

That's good though, I usually set too high goals and end up cutting short.
Well, I said agility because the practice works heavily on my obliques and adonis belt due to quick and constant abdomen turns.
