I was up at 430 am this morning and working before 7am ,once I've had the tea I plan on doing the hovering before the footy kicks off.

night works a killer even worse when its a shift rotation one week days one week nights it messes with ones body clock big time.

I think im odd lol as i like shifts,i do agency work so i can work when it suits me .Tried 9 to 5 for a few months but hated it,dome shifts too long.
