Used to wind me up seeing people post photo's of their meals but now i'm hooked on it.
I've found that seeing other peoples meal idea inspires my own food choices and that i've got friends on social media who in return enjoy seeing my own creations.
I'm following a Slimming World food plan and feel that taking photographs of my meals helps to keep me focused.
I like to think the pictures are pleasing to the eye and not just some slop on a plate or in a bowl..  |

Being a visual eater myself, I get where you're coming from. Anyone's association with food reveals the food relationship. Keep looking for the inspiration to eat healthy, it doesn't have to be boring and bland!! |

There's a group of us and we all blog each of our meals and it helps things from being stuck or stagnant. I dont want to keep eating the same things over and over but i am a creature of habit.
Seeing other meals makes me want to experiment and hopefully discover new flavours |

i used to post the occasional meal but now i do it with breakfast lunch and dinner.. usually post just the one 'collaged' picture at the end of the day though.

oh that's interesting, i find i enjoy food more if its not piping hot too,, leaving it to cool a bit means i taste it more. |

Well she has this way of placing the food in the plate that makes you want to admire it before eating it and to place and unanimated object next to the plate in relation with the name of the dish. |
