So it's been a while since I had a meet, and sex! I seem to be delaying due to nerves, and the loss of some self confidence,

Any advice? Words of wisdom?

Not really. Other than when I got like that I just bit the bullet and went for it.

Like anything else that you can get anxious about - you just need to push yourself over the edge and take the plunge.

The person/s you arrange to meet will likely be feeling nervous too. Focus on putting *them* at ease.
