went into work yesterday to find out i still had 3 weeks of holiday left to take between now and end of march -

Not at all.

I'm still on 24/7 call out, no days off between 1st December and the end of this month.

awww thats a bugger - my lead nurse said she wasnt happy but then i had to remind her that from last april id been there almost all the time

On the 6th of December last year I found I had 16 days to take off before the New Year.

Worked out quite nicely.
