Those that mind don't matter. Those that don't mind do matter.

Such a true saying on here, and in life in general don't you think..

Not always.

I was seriously obese at one point in my life and partners would tell me they don't mind as they liked a woman with curves.

Those that did mind and were honest with me? Well, I appreciate it. At first it was hard to hear but after some self reflection and going from a size 28 to a 16, I'm thankful to those who did mind and they matter to me.

If someone tell you that he/she prefers bigger woman, would get back to size 28?

Nope. It's just a trite saying that sounds clever and profound but isn't.

No, because it's not healthy to me. I like being able to shop where I want and wear most clothes. I like my figure as it is currently and I like my health ; being able to run and dance and all sorts of things without being out of breath. And the energy I have now is amazing compared to a few years ago.

"Nope. It's just a trite saying that sounds clever and profound but isn't."

It can be so true to a lot of difference scenarios in life, and it's especially relevant on Fab I find.

Do you mean those who don't judge you are the ones that matter, those who do, don't?

I mean that those who mind about certain aspects of my life, or don't like my pictures or attitude etc, they don't matter because I wouldn't be meeting them.

It's the first part that I don't like. Everyone matters, even those that do mind. Opinions and personal tastes and preferences are valid even if they are not for me or my type.

But surely strangers on a website don't matter personally to you if they aren't going to play any part of your life?

Aah I see. I can get a bit literal at times.
